Apply

Thank you for your interest in working with Camp Denali. We are currently accepting applications for our Personnel Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager positions. Both roles have been happily filled since 2019, so this is a rare opportunity for those who are interested.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the positions are filled. Early applicants always receive the best consideration. We have some flexibility, but ideally the people coming into these positions will start on October 1, 2024.

When submitting an application, we require a cover letter and a resume. You will need to save your cover letter and resume as one PDF in order to upload them both within the online application.

  • Cover Letter:

    • How did you hear about Camp Denali?

    • Which position are you applying for and what makes you uniquely qualified for it?

    • How does this role align with your personal and professional goals?

    • When are you available to start and do you have any known limitations or conflicts between May 1st and September 30th over the next three summers?

  • Resume: In addition to your work experience, we look forward to learning about your educational background and volunteerism.

We check references as part of our selection process. Applicants should be prepared to provide contact information for three professional references, if and when we reach that step together.

The final step of the interview process for year-round positions is a visit to Camp Denali in-season. It is essential that anyone coming into one of these roles is able to have one-on-one meetings with supervisors, meet our seasonal staff, and experience what we do firsthand prior to joining our team.

We look forward to reading your application materials.
