Financial Perks
- Employee housing and all meals at Camp Denali are provided for free.
- Work a schedule that offers overtime hours–any hours over eight per day or 40 per week earn time and a half.
- Receive a share of pooled tips, based on the number of hours worked each month; these tips typically average $500 per person per month.
- Transportation to and from Alaska is your responsibility, but everyone who completes the full season receives a travel stipend to defray the costs.
- We offer a SIMPLE IRA program with a company match at the highest level, which is 3%. Eligibility to participate begins when you enter your third year of employment with Camp Denali.
- A uniform stipend is provided each year to get you outfitted for the summer season.
